Thank you for your purchase of ionSURE®. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Any item of ionSURE® can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, the only things you need to include in your package is the purchased item and the purchase receipt.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. ionSURE® strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
ionSURE® does not charge restocking fees.

After receiving your return, ionSURE® will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-5 business days after receiving your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. ionSURE® will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
